Mazda Motor Corporation announced has announced the following organizational and personnel changes, effective June 1, 2016.

1. Organizational Changes

Changes in the area of Production Control & Logistics

<Aim>

• Reorganize and consolidate the division's operations by function in order to achieve further improvement in the quality of operations from the customer's perspective and optimize overall operations at the same time.

<Details of the organizational changes>

• Planning of production, procurement, shipping and other areas will be consolidated to the Production Control Department.
• Establish Production Control & Logistics Quality & Engineering Department and consolidate the division's strategy planning functions, logistics engineering functions, transaction functions and preparation for the production for new models to the new department.
• Restructure the Parts Procurement & Logistics Department for greater efficiency.
• Integrate the Global Supply Chain Management Department and the CS Parts Logistics Department to establish the CS Parts Operations Department.
